Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NonogramGo (¡°we¡±, ¡°us¡±, or ¡°this site¡±) handles information when you visit nonogramgo.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a free game.
1. Information we collect
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details to play.
- Information stored on your device. Your best times, saved player name, and settings (such as difficulty) are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request. These logs are used for security and to keep the service running.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies may be set by us or by third parties (see section 3).
2. How we use information
We use the limited information described above to operate and secure the site, understand aggregate usage, and display advertising that keeps the game free.
3. Advertising and third-party vendors
This site is supported by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and/or other websites.
- Google¡¯s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors¡¯ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
- For more information about how Google uses data, see Google¡¯s partner sites policy.
Third-party ad vendors may also place or read cookies on your browser and may use web beacons or similar technologies to measure ad effectiveness. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Consent and your choices (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, including advertising cookies, using a consent management platform. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the consent dialog or your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the game itself will continue to work.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not maintain user accounts and do not knowingly collect personal information directly, we usually hold no personal data that can be linked to you. Requests can be sent to the address in section 8.
6. Children¡¯s privacy
NonogramGo is a general-audience puzzle site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention and security
Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes. We use reasonable measures to protect the site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
